Finding Queer Lives in Archives; A Toolkit

The ‘Finding Queer Lives in Archives; A Toolkit’ was a living document that collated the overall research approach, outcomes and findings of our history group which ran between February 2020 and April 2021. The toolkit aims to provide an introductory resource for those interested or involved in finding queer lives within archival research, specifically through crime and punishment archives, genalogical and newspaper databases. Please do provide us with your feedback and if you complete research using the toolkit, how to guides or templates, it’d be fantastic to hear your findings.
